Both Phones has a Metal body and Fingerprint scanner on the front. On Display, both phones has a 6-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display powered by a 1.9GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 653 processor with Adreno 510 GPU

Gionee M6S Plus has a 6GB LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB/256GB Internal Storage, expandable up to 256GB via micro SD card whereas Oppo F3 Plus comes with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB Internal Storage, expandable memory up to 256GB via micro SD card.
